freeUSDTwallet (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at usdtsaver.xyz(the “Service”).
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and applicable data protection laws. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights as described below.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service:
- Wallet Public Key:Stored in your browser's localStorage. This is a public address and does not reveal your identity.
- Encrypted Private Key: Stored on our servers (encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your password). We cannot access your funds.
- Transaction Data: Swap history and balances associated with your wallet, stored to provide the dashboard functionality.
- LocalStorage Data: We store your wallet public key and preferences locally. No cookies are used for tracking.
- Usage Logs: Standard server logs (IP address, browser agent, timestamps) for security and debugging. Retained for 30 days.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your Solana wallet
- To execute automatic token swaps via Jupiter API
- To display your balance and transaction history
- To improve and secure the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies. The Service uses browser localStorage solely to persist your wallet session (public key) and preferences. No data is shared with advertisers or third-party trackers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We may share data only with:
- Solana RPC Providers: To broadcast transactions and read on-chain data (currently Helius and/or Chainstack).
- Jupiter API: To fetch swap quotes and execute swaps. Only transaction-related data is shared.
- Supabase: Our database provider stores encrypted wallet keys and transaction metadata. They act as a data processor under our instructions.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- AES-256-GCM encryption for all private keys at rest
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Your password never leaves your browser unhashed
- We never have access to your private keys in plaintext
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
7. Your GDPR Rights
If you are in the EEA, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Delete your wallet and associated data.
- Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we use your data.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: Object to processing of your data.

8. Data Retention
We retain your encrypted wallet data and transaction history for as long as your wallet is active. If you delete your wallet through the dashboard, all associated data is permanently erased within 7 days. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States and the European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for international data transfers in compliance with GDPR.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
